Our Values

At Achievement First Providence High School we know that our values and mindsets drive the daily decisions we make. As humans, every day we make thousands of decisions and through both our ACTIONS and BEHAVIORS, we must hold true the idea that decisions are easy when values are clear. We strive to ensure our Falcon Community is guided by our Core Values of DIVE:

We believe the power is in what we do after the decision is made. Our power is in our collective response and our ability to be decisive.

We believe in taking intentional steps along the pathway towards our shared goals and outcomes.

We believe in the power of a set of agreed-upon values and actions that define our school culture. 

Effective

We believe that it’s okay and right to measure and reflect on the effectiveness of our work. We do this by highlighting the growth we make as educators and the growth our students make daily.
